Hi, I’m Rachel

I’m an ADHD coach, a business professor, a certified change manager and a neurodivergent. I spent most of my life struggling and not knowing why. Despite knowing I was smart and capable, I felt stupid, lazy and misunderstood. I made silly mistakes. I couldn’t get organized. I forgot things, missed due dates and was perpetually late for everything. My house was a mess. My desk was a mess. If I was able to start a task, I couldn’t finish it. I watched the people around me and wondered why everything seemed so easy for them. If they could do it, why couldn’t I?

I tried therapy, executive coaching, hypnosis, meditation; I read books, took classes, worked with mentors…if you can think of it, I probably tried it. It all sounded good, but I couldn’t make any of it work for me.

A few years ago, I was diagnosed with ADHD and suddenly everything made sense. I’m not lazy or stupid. I’m neurodivergent, and most everything I had tried was for neurotypicals. I got an ADHD coach, and through that amazing experience, I knew I had not only found something that was made for me, but something that I wanted to give others.

I became an ADHD coach because I know what it feels like to navigate a world made for neurotypicals and wonder why it was so easy for everyone else. I’m here to help you stop struggling and live a life you love.
